We seek to improve working conditions through cooperative ownership and democratic management. Our worker-ownership model helps us provide an alternative to the prevailing corporate coffee culture and challenge the shareholder-driven model of larger chains.

As a worker-owned business, our commitment to ethics doesn't just extend to how we treat our coworkers, but to how we interact with our full community. That's why we use ethically-sourced, fair trade products. And our environmentally conscious practices allow us to operate with a carbon negative impact while making a positive community impact.

Since forming our business, we have joined the Co-Op Cincy network of cooperatives, and we're excited to continue to uplift the worker-owned sector through partnerships, collaboration, and great cups of coffee.
